“How State Source Water Programs Work with Their USDA Partners” Webinar Materials – January 2013 – Featuring presentations about the Source Water Collaborative’s online toolkit, and USDA partnerships in Maine, New England, and Iowa that highlight forest and agricultural conservation and practices that protect drinking water sources. “Using Clean Water Act Funding for Source Water Protection” Webinar by ASDWA (Association of State Drinking Water Administrators)
- EPA Clean Water Funding for Source Water Protection – Stephanie Von Feck and Lynda Hall will provide a quick overview of the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and 319 programs and discuss the legal aspects of using these programs for source water protection. Also, to provide national statistics and information about funded projects and to offer some insight for how state drinking water programs might align priorities with state CWA programs.
- The Trust for Public Land – Matt Zeiper will discuss case examples using Clean Water State Revolving Fund or CWSRF (and combined with other sources of funding) for land conservation.
- State Drinking Water and Clean Water Program Coordination – Kitty Weismann and her Clean Water Act counterpart from Washington State will discuss coordination efforts and possibilities at the state level.
